The National Defense Authorization Act of 2021 requires the transfer of the Veteran Small Business Certification Program from the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) to the Small Business Administration (SBA) on January 1, 2023. The SBA will call it the Veteran Small Business Certification Program.
