We are pleased to welcome Kathy V. Glanovsky to the position of Executive Director for the Herkimer County Chamber of Commerce beginning June 9^th.

Kathy brings a wealth of experience with her.  Kathy spent 26 years in the financial industry having worked for M&T Bank where she focused both on business and retail banking.  Most recently Kathy held the position of Director of Human Resources for ReValla Inc. 

Residing in Little Falls with her husband Jeff and their two dogs, Kathy is an active member of the community, frequently attending local events like the Cheese Festival, Violet Fest and Canal Days.  She also enjoys weekend motorcycle rides with her husband and friends.

Kathy succeeds Denise Cavanaugh, who is transitioning to new endeavors including teaching, consulting and focusing on her family business, Raindrops on Roses Bed & Breakfast and Wine Tasting Room.  Denise thoroughly enjoyed her tenure as Executive Director and extends her gratitude to the board, staff and community.  She will remain a supportive presence for the chamber.

Our board of directors is excited to work with Kathy as she steps into this leadership role.  Over the coming weeks, Kathy will be out and about visiting chamber members and business owners throughout Herkimer County.  We are confident in her ability to bring fresh insights and drive the chamber’s mission forward.
