New Hartford, NY- First Source is pleased to announce the appointment of Raymond L. Philo, MA as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for First Source Federal Credit Union. Ray has been a Volunteer since 2013, and a Board Member since 2020. He will be succeeding Robet Jubenville, Ph.D. who will continue to hold a board member position.

“I have thoroughly enjoyed serving on the First Source Board since my start over a decade ago,” said Raymond Philo, Utica University Professor of Practice, Criminal Justice, and incoming First Source Board Chairman. “The Board of Directors supports the organization and champions exemplary service to our Members and the Communities we serve. I am honored that my fellow Board Members feel I am ready to take the next step as a leader in this role.”

“I have had the pleasure of serving on the First Source Board since 2003, holding various positions including Board Chairman for 10 years,” said Robert Jubenville, Ph.D., retired Mohawk Valley Community College Dean Emeritus of Life and Health Sciences, and recent Board Chairman. I look forward to continuing my service with the Credit Union as a Board Member, under Ray’s leadership.”
