New Hartford, NY – First Source is proud to recognize Codi Gay and Liz Crane as, “Employees of the 

Quarter”. They were nominated by their co-workers for consistently living First Source’s culture 

and values, and going above and beyond in their daily interactions. Codi is an Accounting Analyst, 

and Liz is an Executive Assistant.

Codi was nominated for her positivity and inclusive nature, always going above and beyond to create 

a happy work environment. She is consistently helpful, jumping into projects and aiding other 

departments as well as initiating new processes to gain efficiencies.

Liz was nominated for her ability to organize and manage just about everything. She performs 

executive duties coordinating multiple people’s schedules and initiatives, keeping the organization 

on track. Liz is organized, efficient, willing to pivot and make adjustments quickly. She is always 

assisting others in any capacity needed, with a smile on her face.
